Coronation Property breaks ground on Australia's largest build-to-rent project in Erskineville, featuring 1,300 apartments, including affordable housing for essential workers.
Leading Australian developer and builder Coronation Property has commenced work on one of Australia’s biggest Build-to-Rent housing developments. The former industrial site in Erskineville, will be transformed into a new community, delivering over 1,300 rental apartments. 200 of the apartments will be dedicated to ‘affordable housing’ through Coronation’s partnership with Evolve Housing.
